Pulping Node

The waste paper is conveyed by Chain Conveyor to Drum Pulper or D type Hydrapulper for pulping and coarse screening under certain consistency.

Primary Screening

Pulp from Hydrapulper flowed into High Density Cleaner to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp like staples, stones, glasses, etc. And then conveyed to pulp screening system, and the screening equipment includes Mid Consistency Pressure Screen, Reject Separator, etc

Fine Screening Process

Leizhan high performance Double Disc Refiner refining machine can greatly improve the pulp beating degree and then get higher quality stock. Besides, Inflow Pressure Screen can used to pulp after refining, which has high effect of homogenate.

Reject Thickening Node

Reject thickening node consist of two dewatering drums and one vibrating screen. In each node of stock preparation line is used screen with different diameter of holes and a different type of dewatering equipment.
