Drying part of Paper Machine is equipped with 20 φ1800 dryer cylinders. This part has three dryer groups 6+6+8.
Part dryers of each group use open type big gear drive.

Dry wire designed tension: 5KN/m

Drying part of Paper Machine also consists of Dryer cylinders, Dryer cylinder accessory, Net corrector, Wire tensioner, Rolls, Dryer cylinder scraper, Rack and walking board, etc.

All dryer cylinder bearing and enclosed gear are lubricated by central thin oil station. There are oil supply point at entrance of each pair of gear. Perspective floater type feed glass adjust lubrication oil amount of each lubrication point.

After the drying process, Sing machine, Calender, Reeling machine, Foundation part, Mechanical drive and Electric drive part are also need considering.
