Pulper Used In Tissue Paper Making Line

Leizhan produced a set of pulper for a Indian tissue paper mill. The production capacity of the old tissue production line is 10t/d and the upgraded production capacity is 15t/d. Leizhan equips several different model pulper in the tissue paper produnction line.

1. Drum Pulper, work under 14%-18% high consistency.
2. ZDSG H.C. Hydrapulper, Deal with 12%-18% high consistency.
3. ZDSZ Series M.C. Hydrapulper, the consistency reach to 5%-8%.
When the pulp consistency reach to 5%-8%, it can pressure screen to low down the consistency to 2.5-4%, which can produce high quality tissue paper.
